Here at the studio, we’re set up for a wide variety of textile arts, with several decades (I won’t reveal how many!) of experience is all forms of custom sewing. Here’s a glimpse:

Mobility totes are rarely something you can get excited about. Either they are a limp little bag with velcro on top (the only “hands-free” feature) or they are practically luggage, made from nylon or canvas. What I have designed is a line of bags that you’ll love first, and find practical, second. I have some challenges myself, and I’ve been stunned by the lack of truly fashionable totes, purses and bags for those of us with a special need, whether that need is to do crafting away from home, or to give our hands a rest, or to quickly and securely anchor our bag to our walker or wheelchair. I’m planning a line for children, too, with easy ways to make the bag into a place to color, play with a hand-held educational device, and neat little places to stash little cars, etc.
